NIA is a non-impact dance movement that explores and enhances your potential to live a balanced, healthy, and passionate life. NIA combines dance, martial arts, and mindfulness to movements that are focused on strength, clarity, grace, and ease. NIA combines 52 simple movements with soul-stirring music to improve upon your mental focus, agility, and overall physical functioning. NIA is practiced barefoot and is adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
