This workshop guides you through proven practices for enhancing wellbeing by deepening connections with yourself, applying mindfulness to your experience with nature, and expressing gratitude for your life and the natural world. Meet at the Chattahoochee Nature Center, where there is a lovely, rich mix of habitats to gently explore and savor. Led by Marjorie Pomper, Ph.D., a docent at the Chattahoochee Nature Center, a Georgia Master Naturalist, and a Certified Interpretive Guide, who has been a meditation practitioner for over 40 years.
