Practicing Presence

This gentle relaxation, meditation and movement class focuses on developing skills for releasing stress and anxiety while increasing mindfulness and presence. Traditional disciplines such as yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and meditation have been shown to reduce the perception of pain, enhance resiliency, improve optimism and reduce depression.
