Join Jane Myers, Registered Occupational Therapist, as she explores ways to fight fatigue. Fatigue, the persistent feeling of physical, emotional, or mental tiredness or exhaustion is the most common side effect of cancer treatment. Some cancer survivors experience fatigue for months or even years after finishing treatment. In this workshop, participants will learn and practice strategies of adaptive pacing to self-manage your energy reserves to live a vibrant and productive life. This presentation will include handouts.
