Learn food preservation methods, water bath and pressure canning, ways to avoid botulism, and how to properly pickle produce. Kristen Sumpter, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent with UGA Lead Extension program, will review all these and more during this program. Each participant will be able to take home their own jar of pickled green beans.
