Many of the health benefits of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and yoga result from quieting and bringing awareness to the breath in combination with slow, gentle movement. Explore techniques and effects of regulating the breath to calm, release stress, and become more present. Suitable for all health levels. This workshop will be led by Corrine Chaves.
