Our bodies are constantly in motion, which can make everyday aches and pains feel crippling. This workshop will explore how to incorporate movement when feeling pained, fatigued, or exhausted by the side effects of cancer treatments. Bev Stegman will discuss how to find the proper balance for your body and will identify the types of movement that are most beneficial when dealing with health challenges. Participants will learn how daily movement can promote health and healing. Participants are not required to attend both classes.
